Nuxio offers a full refund on any digital product within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of payment and access confirmation. No justification is required.

Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted by the 60th day after purchase.
Reason: No explanation needed — the right is unconditional.
Condition: Applies to all customers, regardless of content accessed.

2. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, follow the steps below:

Use the subject line "NUXIO REFUND REQUEST" and include your full name, purchase email address, and date of purchase.

Our team will respond within 48 business hours to confirm receipt and begin processing.

3. Processing and Timeframes

Once your refund is approved, processing times depend on your payment method and financial institution. Nuxio initiates the process immediately upon confirmation.

PAYMENT METHOD ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME
Credit Card Up to 15 business days after approval. Amount credited to current or next statement, per card operator policy.
Debit Card Returned to the original account within up to 10 business days after the request is processed.
Bank Transfer / Other Transferred to the account provided by the customer within up to 15 business days after approval.

Responsibility: Nuxio is responsible for initiating the refund within the legal window. The final credit timeline is determined by your financial institution.

Access: Once the refund is processed, access to Nuxio digital content will be immediately revoked.

4. Exceptions

Refund requests will not be honored in the following circumstances:

Requests submitted after the 60-day window has closed.
Purchases made with promotional codes or offers that explicitly stated a no-refund condition at checkout.
Accounts found to be in violation of Nuxio's Terms of Service.
